We serve incarcerated people by receiving letters from them which contain important details regarding injustices they experience. Our expert AI Analysts then feed these details into our AI model, which we specifically trained and tailored to adhere to governing and relevant CA Code of Regulations, as well as facility-specific rules and operational procedures. They work together to prepare a printed draft grievance/appeal packet, and mail this to the prisoner, including a transcript of the conversation between our analyst and the AI, enabling transparency. Are mailing includes a plain language cover note describing next steps and important timelines for the prisoner.
